2020 has proven to be the year of adapting. When our client, Cynthia, asked us what we could to to make her annual event happen, amid the covid regulations, we developed a new service that would work!
We completely understand the importance of upholding yearly traditions, events, and annual award ceremonies. With the stress of 2020, it's even more essential (pun-intended) to show appreciation to your team, clients, and friends.
The new service that we have developed, is a multi-course meal that is delivered directly to the client with ready-to-eat instructions. For a dinner, the menu could feature a tray of appetizers, mason jar salads, a ready-to-reheat entree with detailed instructions, and a decadent dessert! Pricing for this service is based on event details such as: guest count, menu items, delivery process, and packaging. We have even seen how clients take it a step further and have all of the "guests" join a zoom call together to celebrate awards and live music! We just love how the industry has come together to adapt in order to keep moving and uphold traditions!

We are here to make life as easy as.. PIE! Our Reheat and Serve Menu is available for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We prepare main dishes, sides, and desserts and all you have to do is pick them up and follow the reheat instructions. You can even put them in your own dishes and pretend you made them! ;) We won't tell a soul.

Our French Cuisine Trained Chef from England turned a bit southern when he met his wife, Terry. Upon moving to the Carolinas, they started their catering business in 1997. Since then, Andrew has added a southern flair to his French-Cuisine Chef training - and wow what a combination!
Our Low Country Boil consists of Shell-on Shrimp (or already peeled for an upcharge), New Potatoes, Corn-on-the-Cob, Smoked Sausage, Celery & Onions, and is served with a Fresh Garden Salad, Green Bean Almondine (or your favorite vegetable of choice), Southern Cornbread and Jalapeno Cornbread, and washed down with Sweet & Unsweet Tea. You can bulk up your boil with freshly steamed Crab Legs, Clams, Scallops, and/or Mussels. Many clients add on tender Grilled Chicken for the friends that don't love county boils as much as we do!

We believe that vegan and vegetarian meals should be just as delicious as the main entrée! Our owner and Chef, Andrew Bland, loves cooking a homemade curry. It is one of his personal favorite vegan meals and an item he loves to prepare. The mixture of fresh ingredients creates a flavorful aroma and a delicious meal, even for those meat lovers.

If there is an entrée or side dish that you absolutely love but do not see on our menu, just ask! Chef Andrew makes new dishes all the time, and loves to do so!
